Transport yourself with this vibrant Island Green Smoothie that combines the refreshing essence of tropical fruits with nutrient-packed greens!
Ingredients
2 cups fresh spinach, packed
1 cup coconut water
1 ripe banana, frozen
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
1 kiwi, peeled
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 inch fresh ginger, peeled
1/2 lime, juiced
1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder (optional)
4–5 ice cubes
Instructions
- Start by adding coconut water and fresh spinach to your blender. Blend until smooth and no leaf particles remain.
- Add frozen banana, pineapple chunks, mango, and kiwi to the green base.
- Include chia seeds, hemp hearts, ginger, and lime juice.
- If using, add the protein powder now.
- Top with ice cubes and blend on high speed for 60-90 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
Notes
Prepare smoothie packs: Portion ingredients (except liquids) into freezer bags for up to 3 months.
Store blended smoothie: Keep in an airtight container for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
Freeze in ice cube trays: Blend and freeze portions for up to 1 month.
