Transport yourself with this vibrant Island Green Smoothie that combines the refreshing essence of tropical fruits with nutrient-packed greens!


Ingredients

2 cups fresh spinach, packed

1 cup coconut water

1 ripe banana, frozen

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1/2 ripe mango, peeled and chopped

1 kiwi, peeled

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp hemp hearts

1 inch fresh ginger, peeled

1/2 lime, juiced

1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder (optional)

45 ice cubes


Instructions

  1. Start by adding coconut water and fresh spinach to your blender. Blend until smooth and no leaf particles remain.
  2. Add frozen banana, pineapple chunks, mango, and kiwi to the green base.
  3. Include chia seeds, hemp hearts, ginger, and lime juice.
  4. If using, add the protein powder now.
  5. Top with ice cubes and blend on high speed for 60-90 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.

Notes

Prepare smoothie packs: Portion ingredients (except liquids) into freezer bags for up to 3 months.

Store blended smoothie: Keep in an airtight container for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.

Freeze in ice cube trays: Blend and freeze portions for up to 1 month.
