Ingredients

½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
Preparing the Dough:
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Add warm water and olive oil, mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Making the Alfredo Sauce:
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Season with black pepper and nutmeg.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Assembly and Baking:
- Preheat oven with pizza stone to 450°F (230°C).
- Roll out dough on a floured surface.
- Transfer to a pizza peel or baking sheet.
- Spread Alfredo sauce evenly.
- Top with chicken, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.

Dough can be made up to 24 hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
